Why there's not mentioned "BIG" in the rules of chat (7. Contact data)?
Many players don't know what's BIG and that is not allowed to post
in chat. CZ/SK DODAs punish users by 7day ban even, if they mention
their own BIG in chat or forum.

if it relates to chat messages in all capital letters, please take the time to read through
the Chat Rules of the game. These rules are for everyone,
and were agreed to as part of the Terms and Conditions.
For this instance, pay specific attention to rule #2.
These rules govern the chat system, and as such no warnings are required
when banning people from the system.

Hello,
I read "Chat Rules of the game", and I didn't find anything about BIG in these rules.
Since I've seen the case already when publishing of BIG was penalized by 7day ban,
I'd like to know why this crucial information for the game is not listed in
Article 7. - Contact data - http://help.bigpoint.com/index.es?site=regeln&sid=385a039a2f7312937a7d56ec1bf9009d
or in Article 8. - The publication of personal information is strictly prohibited
over the chat.

To be sure, you understand the problem, I list both links due to inconsistency
in Chat Rules versions at different places of your web. Neverthless, BIG
is not mentioned in any version of the rules, despite of your DODAs penalise
ordinary users by 1 week ban (or even more) if they use BIG in chat.

You must be joking! :-))) CZ/SK admins claim, that "every player of DO knows what "BIG" is"
and that it's taboo word in a game chat (e.g. admin called "Hrnek" with function
"F Moderator Darkorbit"). Since I don't take this explanation, I'm trying to ask you:
if this "BIG" is crucial information (linked with some days ban) in a game,
why you don't mention it explicitely in game's rules?

but just sent his BIG to his friend via chat.
And he was banned for 7 days! Why then BIG cannot
be explicitely mentioned in the game rules?
If there's a scam risk when using it.

I don't understand at all, why you resist
informing players (especially newbies) in the
chat rules, that BIG is sensitive information
and it's forbidden to publish (8. The publication

and that it's banned to publish in chat or forum???

to the rules as sensitive private information,

(just helping scammers?), despite they didn't ask you anything
