My question sent to DO support on 16 May 2010:
(...)Why is there a former URL-address of Slovak tennis academy in your
"General Terms & Conditions for Bigpoint GmbH" (SK version):
"www.bigpoint.sk" (not active for some months already)?(...)

Hello ***@***.***,
Thanks for your question. My name is Etienne Belmar and I'll be your contact
person for this process.
Nobody at support has a clue of what you are talking about, our portal is
bigpoint.com and the log in can be had at all supported languages. I sincerely
dont know what you want or why you are spamming here, if this keep going you
will face disciplinary action, you have been asked more than once to explain
coherently and accurately the issue you are having and this far have failed to
do so.
I hope I was able to help you with your problem/question and wish you lots of
fun playing the game!
Sincerely,
Etienne Belmar

My post on 18 May 2010:
Hello *** ****,
if you call informing you about errors in your General Terms & Conditions
"spamming", it's your choice. Just try to click on the URL-address:
www.bigpoint.sk listed in your GTC and send me a printscreen of the page-content,
you can see.
Here you can find an address of your own "General Terms & Conditions" (Slovak
version) :
http://www.mydarkorbit.com/VOP_sk.JPG
You've got still my money, but you block my account, so I have a fun at least
while documenting errors in your rules and General Terms & Conditions, you are
not able to correct even after months of getting know about it... ;-)
Regards!

Hello ***@***.***,
Thanks for your question. My name is Etienne Belmar and I'll be your contact
person for this process.
This is the english support, we cant understand the language so you are welcome
to contact your local supporters in your language, I still have no clue what you
are talking about since no explanation has been giving and you sent us links in
a language we cant understand, we have a language manager for Slovakia and the
Czeck Republic by Bigpoint.
I hope I was able to help you with your problem/question and wish you lots of
fun playing the game!

Again my post on 20 May 2010:
Hello ***@***.***,
since local CZ/SK support didn't response, I'll give you
a clue what I'm talking about. This is a translation of your
local (SK) GTC into English:
Bigpoint GmbH operates an online gaming portal at www.bigpoint.sk(hereinafter referred to as Bigpoint).
You can find Slovak original version at
http://www.darkorbit.com/index.es?action=info&subAction=termsOfUse (SK-language cookies on)
at:
http://sk.bigpoint.com/termsofuse
or at
http://www.mydarkorbit.com/VOP_sk.JPG.
I want just to know, why you have invalid server name in your GTC (Slovak version),
that doesn't (or didn't?) belong to Bigpoint GmbH. Are you happy with the fact, your GTC
lie to to your (SK) clients or you can ammend GTC, to use only true facts here?
Cheers!

And my final post yet on 21 May 2010:
Hello ***@***.***,
I'm trying to find the reason, why do you still write about (shut off) server of somebody else's
(or did you buy this domain at last??): www.bigpoint.sk
in your General Terms & Condition (SK version). See:
http://www.darkorbit.com/index.es?action=info&subAction=termsOfUse (SK-language cookies on)
at:
http://sk.bigpoint.com/termsofuse
or
http://www.mydarkorbit.com/VOP_sk.JPG
So is it your GT&C or not? If yes, why do you mention somebody else's URL-address
in your primary legal document signed by your clients electronically???
Thanks!
=======================================================================================
Mission Achieved! :-) Bigpoint's not responding and the first sentence (!!!) from
The General Terms & Conditions for Bigpoint GmbH (SK version) contains a legal rubbish still:
Spolocnost Bigpoint GmbH ponka na internete hern portl www.bigpoint.sk (dalej ako Bigpoint).
meaning in Eglish:
Bigpoint GmbH operates an online gaming portal at www.bigpoint.sk (hereinafter referred to as Bigpoint).

BIGPOINT.SK Commedy II.
(Parody on a "user helpline" continues...)

=======================================================================================
My reply the same day:
OK, I try to use only simple words:
Why do you referer to not existing address: http://www.bigpoint.sk
in your General Terms & Conditions for Bigpoint GmbH ???
See: http://sk.bigpoint.com/termsofuse/
If my question in English is still not clear to you, I can try German:
Warum Sie Referer nicht existierende Adresse: http://www.bigpoint.sk
in Ihren AGB für Bigpoint GmbH??
Angeklickt: http://sk.bigpoint.com/termsofuse/
Thanks!

Bigpoint Support strikes back on 25 May 2010:
Hello ***@***.***,
Thanks for your question. My name is Etienne Belmar and I'll be your contact
person for this process.
I still don´t understand what you want from us, sen an email to your local supporter about it, I already ask you to do so.
I hope I was able to help you with your problem/question and wish you lots of
fun playing the game!
Sincerely,
Etienne Belmar

=======================================================================================
My explanation on the same day:
Local CZ/SK support ignores my question. I just want to know from you
why do you still referer to not existing address: http://www.bigpoint.sk
in your General Terms & Conditions for Bigpoint GmbH.
See: http://sk.bigpoint.com/termsofuse/
I'd expect you either put a real working address to your General Terms
& Conditions or activate this dead link at last: http://www.bigpoint.sk.
Otherwise you deceive people, which are registering to DO following these faulty rules.
=======================================================================================
Bigpoint support's further joking on 27 May 2010:
Hello ***@***.***,
Thanks for your question. My name is Etienne Belmar and I'll be your contact
person for this process.
Both links are fully working in your language!!
I hope I was able to help you with your problem/question and wish you lots of
fun playing the game!
Sincerely,
Etienne Belmar

=======================================================================================
Not a good joke, the same day from my side:
So if "both links are fully working", please send me a printscreen
of http://www.bigpoint.sk, you list in your GTC:
http://sk.bigpoint.com/termsofuse
Whois lookup says:
Domain-name bigpoint.sk
Admin-id ASYS-0003
Admin-name Atlantis Systems, s. r. o.
Admin-legal-form s.r.o
Admin-org.-ID 35844230
Admin-address Gorkeho 6, Bratislava 811 01
Admin-telephone +421 0 000 00 000
Last-update 2010-05-14
Valid-date 2010-06-11
Domain-status DOM_HELD
But where's any Bigpoint GmbH here ????
