 Nobody at support has a clue of what you are talking about, our portal is 
 bigpoint.com and the log in can be had at all supported languages. I sincerely 

 donďż˝t know what you want or why you are spamming here, if this keep going you 
 will face disciplinary action, you have been asked more than once to explain 
 coherently and accurately the issue you are having and this far have failed to
 do so.

if you call informing you about errors in your General Terms & Conditions 
"spamming", it's your choice. Just try to click on the URL-address: 
www.bigpoint.sk listed in your GTC and send me a printscreen of the page-content, 
you can see. 

Here you can find an address of your own "General Terms & Conditions" (Slovak 
version) :

You've got still my money, but you block my account, so I have a fun at least 
while documenting errors in your rules and General Terms & Conditions, you are
